Edward Richmond - Managing Director

Edward Richmond is the founder of 100 Percent Giving. Originally from in Norfolk, Virginia, Ed was raised in Latham, New York just outside of Albany. He attended Texas A&M University on an ROTC Scholarship and upon gradating with a BS degree in Safety Engineering he was commissioned as a Naval Officer and indoctrinated in to into the Navy's Nuclear Power and Surface Warfare Officer's Programs and subsequently stationed in San Diego. Upon his honorable discharge from the Navy, Ed was rewarded with a nine year career at Mobil Oil Corporation where he rapidly advanced and through multiple assignments of increasing responsibility including Manufacturing, Research & Development, Marketing, and Corporate Staff. During his tenure he was honored by being chosen for Mobil Oil's Global Leadership and Development Program. With Mobil's sponsorship, Ed received an Executive MBA from University Of Texas, Dallas, but opted in to leave with the merger of ExxonMobil to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity with business ownership. As an equity partner with Notification System of America, Inc. Ed was able to hone his executive skills and effectively prepare for his jump to the Not-For-Profit sector. Though he does not intend to use these designations in his new capacity, Ed is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas and Massachusetts, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS). He is also Spring Board Diver who has won National and World Master's Titles. And lastly, he is a blissful husband and a joyful father of two young girls.
Monica Richmond - Director

Monica Richmond was born and raised just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ursinus College, she cultivated her Molecular Biology technical skills for eight years doing Research and Development with DuPont and Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals. During this time she co-authored and promoted an innovative technology that would influence subsequent pharmaceutical and genomic medical research initiatives including HIV therapies. Monica then capitalized upon her technical aptitude by moving on to Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories where she developed and refined her marketing expertise by selling diagnostic testing. Growing her responsibilities through her nine-year sales career at Quest, Monica has advanced to her current position of Genomics and Esoteric Testing Specialist, where she manages a sales team in promoting and implementing revolutionary advances in diagnostic testing. Again, Monica finds herself in a pioneering role in the healthcare industry. Monica's passion for her work spills over into her passion for her family. She shares her love of gardening and photography with her husband, Ed and two daughters, Grace and Abby.
Christopher Trelawny-Ross - Director

Chris Trelawny-Ross currently resides in Texas was born & raised in the UK. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham (England) and, despite choosing to live in the USA, is still passionate about the land of his birth. His career has taken him, from designing electronic systems and computer programs, to his current occupation as a project manager for a publicly traded software company. Chris has a strong and well developed analytical capability, honed both by his employment as an engineer and by years of philosophical debate. Those years of philosophical exploration are bearing fruit in his personal and professional outlook, where he is developing a skill at, and passion for, personal and business coaching. Through this enquiry he has also developed a renewed spiritual awareness, a profound shift in his sense of what is ultimately fulfilling in life, and a hunger to develop the character required to live such a life.
Charlene Wiersum

Charlene Wiersum has been involved in charitable organizations for over 20 years. Before joining the Board of Directors for 100 Percent Giving, she served as a volunteer for the Children's Miracle Network and the Junior League in St. Louis, Missouri. Since moving to Tarrant County over two years ago, she has held a variety of positions including that of volunteer for the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame in Fort Worth, member of Southlake Library Board and member of the Board of Directors for Summer Santa, a charity whose mission is to enrich and nurture the lives of children in need within greater Northeast Tarrant County.
Charlene, who holds a B. A. with Honors in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Paralegal Certification from the University of Minnesota, is a Financial Representative who resides in Southlake, Texas.
